Shipping policy

please allow a minimum of 2-5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped,

orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day .

our shipping costs are 10.00 flat rate outside limerick city and county 

orders over 100.00 will not be charged for delivery 

we will update you if there is any longer delays 

we use a courier service for all our online orders 

on top of accommodating returns through a dedicated returns policy if your product (order) is lost or damaged we will will replace the product for you 

these two steps would be the following

follow up with our courier to confirm delivery of parcel was not delivered

damaged goods returned to us by the customer 

we do not ship internationally 

local pick up available 9-5 Monday to Friday with exception to bank holidays.

 

when order with us you will get a confirmation email to tell you we have received your order and are processing it
